Optimization
Name your custom events so they are useful in Ads Manager, and avoid noisy signals.
Use clear, action-oriented names like PlaylistFollow, VIPClick, or PreSave.
Stick to letters, numbers, and underscores. Keep it short so it is easy to filter in Events Manager.
If you do not need a custom event yet, leave the field empty and we will only send standard events.
Add a custom event once you have a clear optimization goal (e.g., driving follows or saves).
Trigger your CTA once and check Events Manager for the custom event name and the correct Page URL.
If you change the name, give Meta a few minutes to reflect the new event before testing again.
